Who Qualifies ? Qualify by Program, Qualify by Income, Monarch phone at no cost Program and Prepaid Plans
The Lifeline program was established in 1985 by the Federal Communications Commission and was created to help eligible low-income consumers in every state, territory, commonwealth, and on Tribal lands have access to telecommunication services.
You may qualify for phone at no cost service if you receive assistance from Medicaid/Medi-Cal, SNAP/CalFresh or other government programs, or if you are considered low income.
